Therapy Groups
At Stone Counseling & Consulting Services, we periodically offer therapy groups and community workshops designed to support young adults, college students, and adults on their mental health and personal growth journey. Our group counseling sessions provide a unique space for individuals to come together and discuss common or specific concerns in a supportive, structured environment.

About Our Group Counseling Sessions
Group therapy involves 4 to 10 individuals* who regularly meet to address shared or individual concerns. While group counseling is not a replacement for individual therapy, it can be a stand-alone treatment or used in conjunction with individual therapy to enhance your mental health and healing process.

HEART: Healing Emotions with Art
Tuesdays, 10am-11:30am, 8 weeks beginning 1/14/25
In-person therapy group in Longwood, FL

Connect with a small group of adults (8 or less) in a safe space

Explore a therapeutic topic each session

Process individual thoughts and emotions through artistic expressions and experience stress relief

Use a variety of media, e.g., charcoal pencil, watercolors, acrylic paint to gain personal insights and/or express your emotions

Share your art and insights with the group

The "fine print"

Prospective group members must be pre-screened for appropriateness for group before joining.

$60 per person per session (all supplies included)

Participants must commit to the full 8 weeks.

Full $480 non-refundable payment due at signup.

Participants must become clients of Stone Counseling & Consulting Services for the group and necessary paperwork must be completed in advance.

Space is limited.
*A minimum of four registered individuals is required in order for a group to occur.
