When you're feeling well - not very stressed, generally happy, pretty fulfilled - you're better able to handle daily stressors, more productive, and less likely to take a sick day, right? Right!
When you're less stressed, anxious, or depressed, it takes less of a toll on your physical and mental health, right? Right!
Engaging in mental health treatment does not have to be only when it gets "that bad;" it's often even more effective when done proactively.
