Take Stock of Your Self-Worth

We can sometimes undervalue our own worth or worthiness. When we do that, we end up being willing to accept less than what we deserve. This can result in us accepting behaviors from others that would otherwise be (if this were occurring to a friend, for instance) considered unacceptable, unfair, or intolerable.

Assess your life. Identify your worth, then add tax. Are you getting what you're worth?

Make adjustments in your life that are befitting of you and your worth. This may mean letting go of things that no longer serve you or cutting ties with relationships or jobs that have become toxic or unhealthy.

Take care of you. Invest in yourself. Grow your worth.
